Custom Commissions

1. PRICING & TIERS

Please note: My standard size is around 20cm (8 inches). I can scale down to 15cm (6 inches) upon request, but the base price remains the same. In plush-making, smaller details require intricate micro-sewing and take the same, if not more, time to craft.

Type A: Humanoid Base (Starts at $180)

Includes a standard 20cm human-like body, custom hair, minimalist hand-embroidered face, and a basic outfit (e.g., simple tee, towel, or scarf).

Type B: Creature / OC Base (Starts at $280)

Includes non-humanoid shapes (animals, monsters, etc.). This requires building a brand new pattern from scratch, hence the higher base price.

✨ Add-on: Haute Couture / Complex Outfits (+$40 to $120+)

If your design requires highly complex miniature clothing (e.g., functional micro-zippers, multiple layers, tailored jackets, or tiny props), an extra fee will be applied based on the complexity.

2. THE PROCESS & TIMELINE

To ensure your custom plush turns out perfectly, we will go through a simple 3-step approval process:

• Step 1: Consultation & Payment
  Once your application is accepted, I will DM you to discuss the details and send you the final PayPal invoice. Please note that the actual design and production process will only begin after the invoice is paid.
• Step 2: Sketches & WIP Approvals
  The Sketch: I will first create a simple pencil sketch with design notes and fabric color options for your approval. You can request adjustments during this phase, but please keep in mind that excessive back-and-forth revisions will extend the overall turnaround time.
  The Mockup (For complex designs only): If your plushie has a complex structure, I will create a basic "white mockup" (prototype) to confirm the 3D shape. You will have 1 chance to request structural adjustments at this stage before I cut the final fabrics.
• Step 3: Final Confirmation
  Before shipping, I will send you photos and/or short videos of the fully completed plushie. Once you give me the final "OK", your plushie will be safely packed and shipped!

Turnaround Time: Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production. (Note: The exact timeline may vary slightly depending on how quickly we complete the sketch and revision phases. Good things take time!)

3. TERMS OF SERVICE

By applying for a slot, you agree to the following terms:

• No Refunds: Since this is a 100% personalized art piece, all sales are final. I do not accept cancellations or refunds once production has started.
• Shipping Address: For PayPal Seller Protection, I can ONLY ship to the exact address listed on your PayPal invoice. Please double-check your address before paying.
• Handmade Nature: Minor handmade traces or slight asymmetries are part of its charm and are not considered defects. I do not do factory-style machine embroidery.
• Social Media & Portfolio: I retain the right to photograph, record, and publish the finished plushie and WIP shots on my social media. ⚠️ If this is a secret gift or an unannounced OC, please let me know UPFRONT, and I will gladly hold off on posting!
