Co-founded by a PhD in Biochemistry, our lab has a unique passion for making the microscopic world macroscopic, huggable, and fun. The Biochemistry Series is designed to bring the mysteries of molecules and cells into everyday life through soft, interactive geek gadgets.
Rather than just static plushies, we engineer functional and educational mechanisms into these designs. For example, our successfully crowdfunded DNA plush features individual I-shape chromosomes with embedded magnets that satisfyingly snap together to form an X-shape sister chromatid. From mitochondria coin pouches to bacteriophage keychains and blood bags, we love turning complex science into playful, everyday companions.
